Terms of Service

Welcome to Vasudev AI Arena. By accessing or using arena.vasudevai.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Overview

Vasudev AI Arena is a gamified builder community where you complete quests, contribute to open source projects, earn XP, unlock levels and build a public reputation. The platform is operated by Vasudev AI.

2. Accounts

  • You must sign in with Google to create an Arena profile. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate profile information and keep it updated. Usernames must be unique and must not impersonate others.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Arena.

3. Quests, XP and Levels

XP, levels, badges and streaks are gamification features to track progress. They have no monetary value unless a bounty explicitly states a reward. We may adjust XP calculations, levels or rewards to maintain fairness and prevent abuse.

4. Bounties and Contributions

Open source bounties are linked to GitHub issues. Submitting a pull request does not guarantee acceptance or XP. Maintainers review contributions. You retain ownership of your contributions, but you grant Vasudev AI a license to display your profile, submissions and showcase items within Arena and community channels.

5. Community Conduct

Be respectful, collaborative and constructive. Do not spam, harass, plagiarize, or submit harmful content. We may moderate, hide or remove content and may suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Arena design, brand, and content are owned by Vasudev AI. Your original contributions remain yours. By posting, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide license to host and promote your public contributions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer

Arena is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific XP outcomes, or bounty availability. Paid bounties, if offered in future, will have explicit terms per bounty.
